Join us for a Nurturing Women’s Circle to connect with other pregnant women, soften into the experience of pregnancy, release fears & embrace this crucial life transition.
Suitable for all pregnant ladies, first time mothers but also second and third timers!

As winter draws us inward, this special extended session invites you to slow down and reconnect with your inner stillness. Just as the trees release their leaves, we too can let go — releasing pressure, softening our edges, and remembering the beauty of simply being.
Through gentle sound, space, and stillness, we’ll find balance in the midst of this often-busy season. A time to breathe, feel, and listen to the soul within — to rest, reflect, and return home to yourself.
After the soundbath, we’ll share tea (bring your keep cups if you like — paper cups provided if not!) and cake, with space to chat, listen, or simply sit quietly in community.
💫 A time to be — to pause, release, and remember how special you are.
Winter Solstice – Half Day Retreat

Join Amy on the shortest day of the year to rest, reflect and prepare for the season ahead.
We will start with a grounding meditation followed by a guided journaling session to create space for reflection and goal setting.
This will be followed by a gentle flow to yin practise to connect the mind, body and breath.
After this practise we will ease into a sound bath allowing for deep relaxation.
We will have time at the end to connect, share or journal more with tea and light refreshments before you head home!
